After submitting your order, you will not be able to add items, but if you contact our customer service representatives, they will help you place another order and ship it together with the previous order so that you only pay the shipping fee once.

We photograph our swimsuits in the best lighting possible in order to represent them accurately. However, due to differences in computer monitors and perception of color, they may vary slightly from what you see on the site.

More and more orders are being scanned as shipped the day before they reach the customer. We recommend checking with your neighbors and local post office first. Packages are usually received a day or two later.
If your tracking number shows that your package has been shipped, but the tracking information never updates, and you have purchased shipping insurance for your order, please contact our customer service team to file an insurance claim.
If you didn’t receive an email with your order number, please contact our customer service team. It may be that you entered your email address incorrectly, but don’t worry, we can help you resolve the issue. Please let us know which email address you would like to receive order updates.
This is not common, but it’s a shame that this happened to you! Please send photos of the damaged item to [email protected] along with your order number. We will definitely get back to you as soon as possible!
We process your order as soon as it’s placed! Once an order has been placed we are unable to make ANY changes (This includes cancellations/shipping/billing addresses, shipping method, inserting promo code, removing/adding/altering an item in your order etc.)
Shipping
You will receive a shipping email once your order is being prepared for shipment. Please allow 1-3 business days for your items to ship.
Your shipping confirmation with your tracking number may go to spam or promotions tab. If you need help or have questions please contact us.

Yes we do! We can ship all over the world however international orders are subject to customs fees. When you order merchandise from another country, you are required to pay customs to bring that item into the country, it is your country’s sales tax.
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirming your shipment. This email will contain your tracking number where you can easily track your package! Please allow 24-48 hours to update their shipping information.
If you find that your package has been returned to sender, please contact us and we will make certain that you are squared away!
While we are unable to resend packages that were marked as returned to sender due to the length of time that those take to arrive back to us, our customer service team will make certain that you are set up with a new order, or a full refund for your items.
We are sorry to hear you are having issues with the delivery of your swimmers! At times we have seen a package be marked delivered up to 48 hours before it arrives.
During this time we suggest contacting your local postman because they usually remember if the package was delivered or not, and could possibly even know where it could be! We would also recommend checking with your neighbors to see if the package could have accidentally been delivered to someone else.
If your package is not found, please email [email protected] letting us know you have already checked with your neighbors/postman so we can further help you!
We do try to combine orders whenever possible, however we are not able to guarantee that your orders will be combined. If they are, you will receive the same tracking information for both orders.
Shipments (within the U.S.):
• Standard shipping: 7-10 business days
• Priority: 3-5 business days
International shipments:
• Standard shippingl: 8-15 business days
• Priority International: 7-12 business days
These are estimated shipping times. Delays in customs for international shipments can also increase shipping time.
Sizing
Our size guide is pretty accurate, but specific styles may run smaller or larger than normal, and this is indicated in the individual product pages under the ‘Fit and Fabric’ tab.
Furthermore, the measurements in our size guide are estimates and we cannot guarantee they’ll fit perfect. If you want better sizing suggestions, please don’t hesitate to contact us at [email protected] with your measurements and/or a picture so we can give you more accurate sizing recommendations.
If you’re in between the ranges of the sizes, we generally recommend for you to size up.
Sure! As long as you comply with our requirements, which can be found here, we’ll gladly process your return and issue you store credit.
That being said, we understand how tricky it is to shop for swimsuits online, so we’d really love for you to get it right the first time.
Here are some tips for measuring yourself:
Bust: Measure all the way around your bust at the fullest point of your chest and back.
Waist: Measure at its narrowest point width-wise, usually just above the belly button.
We don’t carry swimsuits specifically made for maternity. However, if you are expecting a little one, try sizing up on any of our one-pieces. Most women have had success with this strategy.
Our size chart is here to help you find the right fit. Normally we recommend ordering the same size top as shirt size you wear. If you’re still unsure, talk to one of our fitting experts; they’ll be happy to answer any questions you may have about swimwear.

To answer simply: yes, it’s completely normal!
When you receive your suit, we recommend gently stretching the leg openings, as well as all seams in their natural direction. This will warm the suit up to being worn and will stretch the plastic elastic that is inside all seams.
Remember that the Wrapsuit contains no padding or wire, so the support is inbuilt into the garment with the thick and luxurious fabrics. Expect a firm fit for the first few wears, as the nature of our fabric is to begin as a firm fit and soften with wear while still retaining support. This is particularly true for any of our triple-lined swimsuits, and it’s common for the suit to feel very firm around the hips.
Not exactly! The reason for this is because we most commonly recommend sizes based on measurements rather than dress sizes, so many women find their best fit in a different size to what they typically wear in clothing.
If two or more of your measurements fit within one size, we tend to recommend that one for the perfect fit. If your measurements span three or more sizes, we tend to recommend taking the one in the middle. If you feel you have a particularly short or long torso, you may find a better fit in one size down or up. We suggest emailing us at [email protected] prior to purchase if you have any questions or concerns about your correct size.
Hand wash your swimsuit immediately following use, in cold water with gentle soap. Line dry. Do NOT put your suit in the washer or dryer.
All of our bottoms are fully lined, and our tops and one pieces include a double lined shelf-bra. Our rash guards are not lined as they are made to slip over a swimsuit or your favorite bralette.
This depends on what you’re looking for in a swimsuit. You may want to consider the following:
Your activity level and sun exposure: Opt for secure options like one-piece swimsuit or racerback tops for active movements like ducking under waves.
Features/Colors: Cute designs, colors, and unique cuts are a fun way to express yourself.
Just remember that comfort is key, so ensure the suit fits well and allows freedom of movement.
Returns
Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unwashed, unworn items within 30 days of delivery date. All tags and liners must be intact in order to receive a refund.
To start a return, email our team at [email protected] with:
-Your order number.
-Reason for return (e.g., incorrect size, quality issue, change of mind).
-Photos of the item(s) in their current condition (required for quality-related claims).
Once your request is reviewed, we will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not return items without prior authorization.
If you need a different size or color, contact us within the return window. Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.
-Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after inspection.
-Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
-Processing Time: Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.
If the item has a manufacturing defect (e.g., stitching errors, faulty materials), we will cover return shipping costs. We may provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse you upon receipt of the item.
For returns due to size, color, or change of mind:
-You are responsible for return shipping costs.
-We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure delivery.
