5.1 Prohibited Content

6. User Submissions

6.1 Grant of Rights

You warrant that Submissions do not infringe third-party rights. If Novaoge incurs losses due to your Submissions, you agree to defend and indemnify Novaoge against all damages.

6.3 Reviews and Comments

When posting reviews/comments, you grant Novaoge the right to use your name in connection with such content. You represent that you own all rights to your content and that its use will not infringe third-party rights. Do not use false identities or misleading information. Novaoge may (but is not obligated to) remove or edit any Submissions.

7. Order and Transaction Terms

7.1 Order Cancellation

Only orders in “Paid,” “Processing,” or “Partially Shipped” status may be modified/canceled. For shipped/packed orders, contact customer support immediately. If cancellation is unavailable, accept delivery and refer to our Returns & Refund policy.

7.2 Shipping and Duties

Shipping Policy: Orders may ship from multiple warehouses and be split into multiple packages. Shipping rates, times, and regions are displayed on the Website.
Duty Liability: All shipments are delivered “Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).” Customs duties, taxes, and import fees in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility. Refusal of delivery due to duties results in full liability for associated costs. Novaoge cannot declare items as gifts or underreport values to comply with customs regulations.

7.3 Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition (unused, with intact packaging and accessories, unless due to quality issues).
Process: Submit a return request via customer service, ship to the designated address after approval.
Shipping Costs: Quality-related returns are covered by Novaoge; non-quality returns incur buyer-paid shipping.
Refund: Refunds are processed via the original payment method after inspection, with processing times subject to payment provider policies.

7.4 Order Acceptance

Novaoge may refuse/cancel orders due to stock limits, pricing errors, or fraud checks, and will notify users accordingly. Delays for special occasions (e.g., birthdays) do not incur liability; early ordering is recommended.

8. Customer Conduct Policy

Novaoge prioritizes customer satisfaction but prohibits abusive behavior toward its team, including:
Aggressive, threatening, or discriminatory language;
Continued complaints after the problem is solved;
Demanding policy violations (e.g., refunds exceeding order value);
Frequent complaint changes or excessive complaints relative to purchase history.
Violators may receive formal notices, and Novaoge reserves the right to terminate service and refuse future orders.

9. Intellectual Property Infringement Policy

11.2 Service Termination

Novaoge may terminate your access without notice for breach of Terms or other reasonable causes. Upon termination, you must stop using the Website, and Novaoge may delete account information without liability for resulting losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by a U.S. court with appropriate jurisdiction.

13. Purchase Restrictions

Currently, the following countries/regions do not support purchasing and delivery services: Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (North Korea), Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Libya, Republic of Cuba, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, and Yemen.

14. Miscellaneous

14.1 Currency and Language

Prices are displayed in US dollars (US$) by default; other currencies are for reference based on real-time exchange rates, which may vary. Bank fees or exchange rate differences are the user’s responsibility.

14.2 Account Security

Each user may register only one account. Multiple accounts may be suspended without notice.

14.3 Shipping Risks

Once shipped, products are under the responsibility of third-party logistics, with ownership and risks transferring to the buyer. Inaccurate delivery information leading to customs/shipping issues does not incur Novaoge’s liability.
