1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1 Timeframe

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.

1.2 Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items must show no signs of use, including no stains, odors, or damage.
Original Tags Attached: All hygiene liners (if applicable) and protective adhesive strips must be intact and unremoved. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund this product if the protective adhesive strip has been removed.
Original Packaging Included: Returns must include all original packaging, labels, and accessories (e.g., care cards, extra padding).

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.1 Contact Customer Support

-Your order number.
-Reason for return (e.g., incorrect size, quality issue, change of mind).
-Photos of the item(s) in their current condition (required for quality-related claims).

2.2 Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will send a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions. Do not return items without prior authorization.

3. Shipping Costs

For returns due to size, color, or change of mind:

-You are responsible for return shipping costs.
-We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure delivery.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 Inspection

Upon receiving your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet eligibility criteria.

4.2 Refund Timing

-Approved Returns: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after inspection.
-Payment Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
-Processing Time: Allow an additional 3-5 business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund.

4.3 Exchange Option

5. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

-Photos of the damaged item and packaging.

6. International Returns

For orders shipped outside the U.S.:

-Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
-Import duties, taxes, or fees incurred during return shipping are non-refundable.
