Orders placed after 8 AM each day are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. During sales and promotions, it may take our shipping department an extra 1-3 business days to process orders.

IMPORT DUTIES
Overseas Taxes, Duties and/or Tariffs may be payable by you, the customer, dependant on your country.
Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.
If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Novaoge reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping, handling and merchant fees associated.
AVAILABILITY
Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
Claims for all damaged, lost, and stolen packages must be reported within 10 business days from when the tracking states “delivered” or from the last time the tracking updated. If the customer wishes to submit a claim, they need to wait 5 business days (which leaves a 5 business day window for us to compensate them). Please note that original shipping charges are ineligible for a refund.
SHIPPING DELAYS
We always try our best to ensure that your package arrives within the stipulated delivery times or sooner. Of course, there are some things that are beyond our control like weather, delivery errors, courier services & supplier delays.
Regardless of the reason for the delay, we will do our best to help you as best we can and endeavour to inform you as soon as we know of any impending delays.
FURTHER DETAIL
Once your order has been placed online, you will receive an automatic email immediately confirming your order. This is your receipt and should be retained for your records.
This email will contain an order number at the top, a detailed list of your order, as well as the shipping and billing details as provided by the purchaser. Please check it over for accuracy and notify us at once if you notice any discrepancies to avoid any delays.
If you do not receive this email, contact us ASAP. Your email address may have been typed incorrectly or this email may have been filter by a SPAM blocker set on your email program.
Novaoge reserves the right to apply a delivery charge on any order if necessary. The purchaser will be notified prior to the processing of such order.
